Sorry “NO RETURNS” Only exchanges.  You can exchange an item for another item subject to the following terms and limitations

We only accept exchanges If you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item via email: requesting an item exchange including 1) Your Name 2) Order Number

3) Exchange Authorization number.   The new Item ordered will be mail out after we received the exchangeable item and after passing our resalable inspection. Any item to be exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition. Any exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Items exchanged for another item with a higher value you will be responsible to paid the difference in price; if value is lower you will get a credit towards your next purchase. Customer will also be responsible for the exchange shipping cost.

We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffs and scratches. SORRY NO EXCHANGES on Handbags, jewelry and accessories. Apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached.

Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.
